Sumatran Tigers at Memphis Zoo - Tigers in the Mist38 Sumatran Tiger photos below and a FREE Screensaver ! Recently I had the extreme pleasure of visiting the Memphis Zoo in Memphis Tennessee. It was wonderful. The Memphis Zoo has a pair of pretty and active Sumatran Tigers. The tiger exhibit in Memphis Zoo is the best I have seen. There are 2 water falls, logs, rocks and MIST. Yes MIST!! Depending on which way the wind is blowing is how dense the misty fog it. It makes you feel as if you really are in a rain forest watching this great pair of tigers. I got to go the the Memphis zoo with a dear friend, Miss Loraine. When you get a chance look for her Billy Bear website link at the lower left hand of any of my web pages. Be sure to visit Miss Loraine's Billy Bear's Playground. She has great tiger stuff too. I hope you stay for a while and learn about Sumatran tigers here on my website. Enjoy. As I finish these pages there will be puzzles and games and information about the Sumatran tigers under the larger photos. Memphis Zoo In Memphis Tennessee has the BEST tiger exhibit I have EVER seen. Memphis Zoo has the pair of Sumatran tigers in the photos below. The Memphis tiger exhibit has: 2 waterfalls, one large and one small, a couple of logs, big rocks, a rock looking wall, and an area that looks like ruins from an ancient city, a big water pool that the Sumatran tiger love playing in. However what makes the Sumatran tiger exhibit in the Memphis Zoo the best yet is the mist. Yes mist. the Memphis Zoo's Sumatran tiger exhibit has misters. It looks like you are seeing the tigers in a jungle in the mist. The staff at the Memphis Zoo is the best also. They are kind, friendly, informative and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend a trip to the Memphis Zoo. Click on a small photo below to see it larger.
