Regular hoof care is a must. Big is behaving perfectly well while the
ferrier trims his hooves. He has such big hooves. He is a big
horse with a big personality. I giggle at how scraggly his winter coat
looks. I can close my eyes and just see this big Mustang running with
a herd in the mountains. he was 5 years old when he was caught as a wild
Mustang. I bet he was a beautiful site fleeing with his herd.
