Buddy the Arabian Gelding and His friend Duchess the
Quarter Horse Mare Romping and Playing
Buddy is quite a horse. Another mare caught me
off guard and kicked me with both back feet. It picked me up slammed
me into the side of the barn and as I hit the ground on my hands and knees I
looked up and she was drawing up to slam me again when Buddy came running
between us with his head down and teeth bared. He bit and her and she
took off. Buddy stopped right beside me, looked down as if to
say are you okay... He stood right there until I was back on my feet.
He looked at me again and then took off and bit that mare again and ran her
clear away from the barn. This is the HONEST truth. I was so amazed,
it was as if Buddy was taking care of one of his people. Buddy is
another one that when a child is in the saddle he behaves perfectly.
Like he is taking care of the child. Below the photos of the horses
