with puzzles and games. We have begun accepting Personalized Santa Letter orders for Christmas 2004. We are adding new gifts to choose from almost daily. You can place your orders all the way up until December 19th for your child to receive it before Christmas Eve.
What are Personalized Christmas Santa Letters?They are letters from Santa Claus, personalized just for YOUR child, and mailed to your child. Letters are on pretty Christmas paper. You can choose what gifts are included with your child's personalized Santa letter. The gifts you choose to add will be gift wrapped. How much can the letter be personalized?As much or as little as you'd like. Things like: Child's first name or nick name, city, pets, friend, snack left for Santa... etc... How personalized the letter is depends on what information you provide. We require just basic information, nothing very personal. Your privacy is completely respected. Read our Privacy Policy. We do NOT share these records with anyone. Once your personalized Santa letter is received to your satisfaction ALL information is completely and permanently deleted. It is really nice if we can add something special. For example: if your wee one has learned to tie her shoes we might add something like-- a comment from Santa congratulating your wee one for their accomplishments. EXAMPLE: Oh Sally, Mrs. Claus giggled with glee when she heard you have learned to tie your shoes. Elf Ralph giggled too because Mrs. Claus had spent weeks trying to teach him to tie his shoes. One day while Mrs. Claus was teaching Elf Ralph to tie his shoes he got the lace from elf Susie's coat tied up in his shoes laces. It made elf Susie fall and elf Ralph tripped they knocked Rudolf over and he bumped into Comet who bumped into elf Nancy who spilled a bucket of paint right on my head. HO HO HO HO what a big mess that was. Mrs. Claus worked all the rest of the day getting the green paint out of my red suit. HO HO HO HO it was so funny. What if there is more than one letter ordered for that same address? (EX: more than one child in a family)If there are multiple letters to go to the same address, you will need to fill out a separate order form for each Santa letter. We will do our very best to make sure that each child gets a different letter. Then as you pick the items for each child's Santa package you choose to pick the same Christmas gifts or different ones. What forms of payment are accepted?Our online payments are processed by a company called Paypal.com. Paypal is owned by eBay and processes millions of orders, so you can be sure your online transaction is safe. We will not ever see your credit card information. Paypal does NOT share that with us. Through PayPal, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or check. OR, you can mail your order, to us through normal postal mail to: Santa Letters When do I pay?We cannot process your order until payment is received. Orders are processed immediately and will be sent by priority mail starting December 15th. After you choose all the items that you want added with your personalized Santa letter you will be shown your shopping cart where you can add or remove items and confirm your order before paying. After payment is made through Paypal you will be directed to a page asking for the following items so we can prepare your child's Christmas letter.
Santa Letter packages will be mailed out priority mail beginning December 15th depending on the date you want it to arrive. Our understanding from the post office is that priority mail sent by December 21st will arrive in time for Christmas. However, we prefer to mail sooner. We will stop accepting orders on December 21st. Order early... we need time to gift wrap each of the items your order to add to your child's personalized Christmas letter from Santa.
AGAIN, We do NOT store personal information in any kind of data base. It is used to personalize your child's Santa Letter and then it is deleted, completely. We do NOT share this information with ANYONE. All we ask for is FIRST name type information. No birth dates or very personal information.
